A Company is a faction or group that focuses its resources on its own territory depending on where the company is from. There are three companies to join when starting the game. They each own their own areas or maps that are in their possession. Depending on which company you choose, you will have two rival companies to fight no matter what. Players join together to take on the other two companies while defending their own maps while taking on quests, aliens, events, and more. While each company has its own advantages in players and numbers, all three companies tend to be about equal on each server, though this can vary.
