The Spectrum is an elite skill design for the Goliath. Not only does it give your ship a completely new look, but it also lets you to temporarily reduce your enemies' laser damage by 80% along with 10% more shield strength, but in return, your laser damage also gets reduced by 50%. Note that mine and rocket damage are not affected.
In-game Description
Change the look of your Goliath Battlecruiser and render enemy laser attacks almost useless with this design's "Prismatic Shielding" capability. It'll also temporarily weaken your enemy's lasers, and give you 10% more shield power in return.
Cost
This design costs 250,000 Uridium in the Shop, is available in Auction in the weekly tab, but can also be attained at random through Pirate Booty (RARE!).
